We take pride in the quality of our custom items and want you to love your purchase! Because each item is made especially for you, we do have a few important guidelines regarding returns.

Please Inspect Your Order Promptly
Once your item is delivered, please inspect it right away. If your item arrives defective or the quality does not meet your expectations, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Contact Us First
Before returning any item, customers must contact the seller first to report the issue and receive return authorization. When reaching out, please include clear photos and a brief description of the concern so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Shipping Responsibility
After approval, you will be provided with return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

  • If a return is approved due to a verified defect or quality issue, refunds will be issued for the cost of the bag only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Inspection & Refunds
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected. If the issue is confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection is complete.

Custom items that are approved prior to production and arrive free of defects are not eligible for return or refund, this is because products are sourced to accommodate your custom request
