Processing Times
Custom Request Items
All custom request items are made especially for you. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order ships. This timeframe allows us to carefully create, customize, and quality-check your item.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Items listed as ready to ship will be processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit time. Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Order Updates & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
